Thank you to everyone who joined our Opening Event on July 27 and 28!
Our event was featured on Hiroshima TV (NNN), HOME TV (Pita New), and The Chugoku Shimbun. Thanks to this, many people learned about Wa Culture Experience Hiroshima.
Our special performances, available only during the two-day event, were also a big success!
- Bonsai Performance
- Yukata Runway by Children
- Koto, Flute & Tea Ceremony Collaboration Performance
We were so happy to welcome so many visitors and enjoy two wonderful days together.
We are also excited to announce that Wa Culture Experience Hiroshima officially opened on July 27 at Shareo West Street.
Located just a 1-minute walk from the Atomic Bomb Dome, it’s the perfect place to take a break during your trip and enjoy traditional Japanese culture.
This is the only place in Hiroshima where you can experience so many different Japanese cultural activities in one location.
The following experiences are available until the end of March 2027:
- Onigiri Making
- Koto Workshop
- Tea Ceremony Experience
- Mizuhiki Strap Making
- Bonsai Workshop
- Peace Message Experience
- Japanese Calligraphy
- Samurai Experience
- Mini Tatami Workshop
Please note that some experiences may not be available every day because the instructors’ schedules change.
If there is a specific experience you would like to join, we recommend making a reservation or contacting us in advance.
We look forward to welcoming you!
